I also have a T20, with a 900MHz PIII, 12 GB HD, and 384MB. My wife has been using this for a year for her mortgage broker business. It has a broken keyboard bezel.

which as you can see is cheap to replace. It's cracked right above the palm rest. Otherwise it has normal wear and tear. The screen looks good. It has XP Pro installed, or I can reformat it for you to the original Win 2000 restore. Included are the following.
