WTB: Retractable Wireless Card

#1 Post by flashstar » Fri Nov 30, 2007 10:59 pm

I am looking to purchase a retractable wireless card like the 3com card with xjack. I have a T23 and I don't like having to bring a separate wireless card around in my backpack.

Drop me a PM.

I'm afraid I sold the last of my x-jack cards a while ago, but I can't say enough good things about them. 99% as convenient as having built-in wifi, very reliable, very good range too. Good luck finding one.

My experience was exactly the opposite with a 3COM xjack 802.11b card. I had reception problems even sitting in the same room with my AP/router. Got a regular card and never used the xjack card again.

My opinion........

3com xjack wireless pc cards are excellent. I'm using one now with my x30. I've never had problems with these cards.

Good luck,
