As it turnes out a friend asked me to find a 512meg -pc133 ram just after i sold one.
SO i have this PC-100 LOW DENSITY 256meg ram chip here.
I'm looking to trade it for a 512 meg PC-133 ram chip.
On e-bay they are about the same price so looking for a even trade.
The 256 meg PC-100 i have has the 16 chips(8 per side) and are Kingmax.

i am very much interested in a trade/swap.
I did buy some memeory at ebay, that did not fit to my X20, as i seem to be in a need for low density memory, as i am aware of now.
These are some specs of the RAM:
512MB, 144-pin SODIMM, SDRAM, PC133
Typenbezeichnung: CT64M64S4W75
