I have a matching pair of pc-100 ram.
256MB pc-100. 144pin.
Low density(16 chip's)
$70.00 shipped. for both
thats 35.00 each.
I looked on e-bay and thease still sell for 40.00 to 60.00+ shipping each.
EDIT: should add the number on the sticker of the ram is mspb63s-682 made by KingMax.....Same on each ram

Things i'm looking for in part trade ...
-X30 palm rest in good shape.The X31/32 is diffrent.
-PATA (IDE)7200rpm laptop hard drive
-512 pc-133 laptop ram
-X30 extra battery that connects to the bottom dock connector.
-external dvd-rw burner,eather slimline or big 5.25 drive.[/b]

Not realy a bump but i'm lowering the price to $60.00 shipped for both......
I will also take a pc-133 512MB chip(144pin) and $15.00 by pay pal for the two matched pair of 256's i have....
This will make a great upgrade to the older thinkpads.600's,390's ,T2x ,A2x .X2x's ect
