I just bought a used one from Ebay for US$30 shipped. It's a good deal for me because on ebay Canada you can't get these for such a good price. So since I'm going down to the US for the holidays I bought one from one of those sellers who only ship to US.
I'm thinking of buying another one and reselling it to someone on the forums outside the US (Canada or elsewhere), if interested. I'd ask $30 plus whatever shipping would cost to your location from Canada.
