Just trying my luck if any of the members has the following:

1. X21/X20 keyboard - working. incomplete keys ok as long as a key cap can still be clipped on to it.

2. R30 top lid with or without LCD - with good latch, no cracks and (if possible) minor scratches.

I do not know if an R31 lid can replace the R30 lid that I need but if it can, an R31 lid will do too.

I have some new unused X20 keyboards, but it sounds like you don't want to pay for something good for the project, just something usable

Not really looking for new... an old/used but working one will do.

But hey... if you can PM me the price so at least I will have an idea on how much I need to spend for a new one.. that would be great...
