LF: DIMMS and Adapter for 755 series

Just acquired a 755CV from craigslist and need to upgrade the ram. Looking for any or all of the following parts, but the DIMM adapter is the most important. These are going to be hard to find, but thought I'd give it a shot here first.

DIMM 8MB 84G6545
DIMM 16MB 84G4324
DIMM Adapter Card 84G4322
