-Ultrabay 2000 optical drive
-Hard drive caddy w/ screws
-Ultrabay 2000 dummy plate / floppy drive

- LCD latches
- LCD hinges
- Mini PCI cover & screws
- RAM cover & screws.

For HDD cover, try eBay seller njucr. That's where I buy mine most of the time.

BTW, going rate for A3x HDD cover this time last year was $25-35, so consider yourself lucky that you'll only spend about $15 for it now.
