this is off my X61T thinkpad i just got today 12/31/07 that i will not use because i already upgraded to 4GB. I never even booted the ram up, ( to tell u how new this Ram is) I just removed the Ram form my thinkpad from a new laptop that i got today and put my 4gb in. I guarantee the ram to be IBM OEM factory ( manufactured by Hynix korea) install ram and I guarantee it will work. THIS IS FOR PEOPLE WHO WANTS OEM FACTORY RAM IN YOUR THINKPAD.
