The nice thing about this card is that is does not stick out from the Cardbus slot in a Thinkpad (low profile). It shows up in device manager as a "Texas Instruments OCHI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller". It does not require seperate drivers in XP to run. I used this card once and it comes in the original box/packaging.
