FS: 256MB stick of PC100 RAM - high density

I have a 256MB PC100 RAM module for sale. It is high-density (four chips on either side), so it will not work in laptops like the 600X and
T20/21/22. I bought it thinking that I could use it in a PC133 laptop like a T23 or R31, but it doesn't seem to work in those.
I'm almost positive the RAM works fine, but I don't have a way of testing it. I'm selling for $20 shipped to whoever wants it.
