Original description: P M 1.3GHz, 256MB RAM, 20GB 4200rpm HDD, 12.1 XGA(1024x768) TFT LCD, 16MB ATI Radeon M6, Wireless upgradeable(MPCI), Modem(CDC), 10/100 Ethernet(LOM), IEEE 1394, 6 cell Li-Ion battery, WinXP Pro

Upgrades:
RAM: 1GB (2x512MB PC2700)
Hard drive: 40GB 4200RPM
WiFi: Intel PRO Wireless 2100 3B 802.11b

Base without optical drive is included.

Condition: There is very slight shine on the space bar and some of the keys. The top and bottom lids look virtually new. 12.1" XGA LCD looks bright and crisp. Main battery could enjoy a retired life but it does last about 45-60 minutes depending on use, with wireless enabled. X31 also supports PC2100 RAM but this machine has the faster PC2700. Windows XP has been updated with latest patches.

Hi Ron,

No blames or flames at all! Thanks for the offer. Although T40 and X31 are very close in specs and as big a fan of the T4x series I am, unfortunately I don't have any use for a T40 at the moment. I will surely contact you if my needs change though.
