I've been quite confused by this piece, until it was explained to me that these are not that unusual...
A 144-pin low-density piece with 8 chips per side, made by Micron for IBM, FRU 33L3070, OPT. 33L3069.
One side is stamped:
256Mb PC100 (32Mx64) 3.3V
The other side is stamped:
256Mb, synch, 133MHz, CL3
According to my research, this chip has been offered as an upgrade on anything from 570E and 600x on, so it should work in any ThinkPad requiring PC100 RAM.
I've pulled it out of a working A30p which normally requires PC133 RAM, where it has been performing well, so I have no doubt that it will work in any ThinkPad requiring PC133 RAM.
Asking $30 shipped to lower 48 states. Will ship elsewhere if so desired and paid for.
Feel free to contact me with any questions.
