Pulled out of a working machine, 4 chips per side, stamped:

256Mb PC133 (32Mx64) 3.3 V S N

FRU 19K4655, OPT. 19K4654

Asking $22 shipped to lower 48 states, will ship elsewhere if so desired and paid for.

I'd gladly trade this for a 512Mb PC2100/2700 chip, or add $$ for a 1Gb piece.
