Just curious to see if anyone has an extra IBM mini-dock with 4 usb ports out there collecting dust...........

you're talking about the one for the T4x series right? I had one of those and let it go but then there's the Advaned Mini-Dock for the T6x series. I got one of those and was thinking of maybe selling it. I see them on lenovo.com for $219!!! I didn't think they'd be that much for sure!

Also I found out the dock needs a special ac adapter, used just for the dock.

Actually, the AC adapter you're referring to is used by G40 and G41 as well, and can be found for about $20 shipped on fleabay...quite a monstruosity...

the question tho was are you talking about the ones for the T6x series or the T4x series. They use different ones.

The Advanced Mini-Doc i saw that was for the T6x (and other) series and not for the T4x. The Advanced docks are on ebay for $80 i think for the T4x.

Sorry, just got it!

Mini-Dock for the T20/30/40-x20/x30 series. It's a pretty universal dock for those models.
