WTB: X22 battery

#1 Post by Bg357 » Thu Jan 10, 2008 12:34 am

Anybody have a good used or NOS X2x battery for sale?

I'm also interested to know if anyone has had any experience with the aftermarket batteries that are all over eBay.

Thanks,

Thanks,
I bought an eBay battery for my (now my brother's) X21, and it's been working just fine for the last few months. I don't recall the name of the seller, though.

I've bought one on eBay last year, was cheaper than the others (came to like less than $40 new, shipped) and it was absolutely horrible: got less time out of it than the original one and was getting very hot very fast...I'll try to dig out the seller's name to advise you not to buy it from them, but it's quite a long shot.

Best of luck-you'll need it.

Thanks for the tip! :)
Overstock couldn't tell me the date of manufacture on these batteries but I bought one anyway. Just received it yesterday and it's about 3yrs old. I've had pretty decent luck with older stock than that so I guess I'm satisfied with the deal.
