WTB: English Recovery CD's for X40

Hi guys,
I need X40 recovery CD's for my Chinese OS, since IBM Taiwan said that they could change it by they DIDN'T have the English one. They told me to phone IBM Canada (which is where I live), and this person with a thick accent answered after I asked my question, "IMPOSSIBLE! DON'T WASTE MY TIME! You bought Chinese, you keep Chinese"
Well, if anyone could burn some X40 recovery CD's for me for $10 dollars (or for free), it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
