Looking to buy T60 WS but where to get one?

I'm looking to buy T60 WS 15.4 but I find it only on ebay. I prefer 1280x800 with avg processor power and dedicated video. How secure is to buy one in ebay and what I need to be aware of? Is there any other place where I can check?
