... if in a hurry, and time is more important than money, then check out this eBay advertisement (claimed to be "brand new") - there are a few others on eBay; find them by simply searching there for "39T0324". I assume that your T43 IS out of warranty? Good luck with the replacement!

Thx for your reply. I actually bought and paid for this board, only to be told a week later that they were going to refund my $$. NO explanation, other than 'im sorry, i will do the refund to u, i was away to vacation, will be back only next week, sorry for the inconvenience, tnx'. Flake.
Their price now seems, in retrospect, too low at $260. Everywhere else wants closer to $4-500. Now I have ~$300 floated out there and am still out of service with little other options than to spring for the more expensive solution and hope I get my refund, in this lifetime.
ANy vender soulutions you trust?

I've bought some parts from him and the transaction has been flawless.
