Looking for a 14" T60 French Keyboard

A French friend of mine temporarily in the US recently ordered a T60 with a 14" SXGA+ screen from the Lenovo closeouts website. This is not a widescreen model. Although he is not a touch typist, I think he is going to want to replace the keyboard with a French (France, not other French speaking location such as Canadian) keyboard.

He doesn't have a lot of money so if it were to cost a lot I think he would pass on buying one.

Does anyone know a good place to look for such a keyboard at a cheap price?
