WTB: Thinkpad HD Caddy Screws

I would like to purchase some screws for the T41 HD Caddy, not the one to secure the caddy to the laptop, but the screws that go between the HD and the caddy.

The screws are Metric size M3 with a maximum length of 3.5mm. The screw has a flat head about 0.5mm thick. See Ebay item number: 190194149554 for example.

Although Metric screws are widely available, the short length and thin head used for the hard drive mounting are hard to find.

I've found that for the hard drive covers on T2x systems, a thicker screw head is better for keeping the cover attached to the caddy (and drive). Those (expensive!) ones in the eBay auction may have too thin of a head. In fact, I use split washers with the screws I have just to get some extra height.
