1 stick is IBM FRU 73P3843 Micron branded, and the second is Kingston branded, KVR533D2SO/512R. Both came from a Z60m and are in flawless working condition. DOA warranty is available.

Not sure how you feel about eBay, but I just purchased my second Atheros a/b/g Mini PCI from this company HERE

It is IBM part number 91p7301, which I have installed in both my X31 and my new T42p. Both work flawlessly without any BIOs issues. These cards rock, and the price has come down by about 20 bucks since I purchased the first one a little more than a year ago. This outfit sells shedloads of wireless cards, and they will ship internationally as well.

I bought 4 Intel 2200BG cards (non OEM) for this guy that has them all the time.
