I'm putting my A31p up for sale as specified:

* 1600x1200 Flexview screen in lightly used condition (replaced at the end of warranty)
* Newly replaced keyboard (keys have no visible shine)
* 1.7 GHz Pentium 4-M CPU
* 1.5GB memory
* 100GB HD
* ATI FireGL Mobility 7800 64MB video
* IBM CDRW/DVD
* Battery (It does not hold a charge, but if you want to restore it, it is included - this is reflected in the price)
* AC Adapter is included
* Model number is 2653-H4U, serial number 78-LR629

$300 + shipping to US destinations.

It's a good machine (aside from the battery) that is nearly perfect on the exterior and with a bright screen. Pictures can be posted up by request.

Bargain basement price on an excellent sounding machine. You should have $$$ by the end of the day in my not-so-modest opinion.

Best of luck with the sale-not that you're going to need it with this laptop at the asking price.

Ditto to all that the others have said - it's a great price for someone who may have previously found it hard to invest in a Flexview/UXGA machine.

Does this have buit in Wifi for internet access?
Also, how big and heavey is the machine? About the size/weight of t series?

To answer your questions on behalf of the seller:

An A31p is, compared to most T series machines, quite heavy, since it has the ability to hold 2 optical drives, and is quite thick as wel. I can't recall how much my previous A31p weighed, but I travelled alternately with it and my T42 (both 15" machines) and I'd say that the A31p felt at least 2lb heavier (my T42p is about 6lb). George can quantify this, since he probably knows the weight of a fully laden A31p and its other variations like the back of his hand.

Secondly, this particular A31p, according to a check of the model number, does not have built in WiFi.

Fully loaded A31p runs about 8.2-8.5 lbs...surpassed only by G40/41 if I'm not mistaken...

On a whole another note: sethstorm, is this still available? Please update us on the state of affairs...

Thanks.
