I have 2 genuine IBM 10K0033 512MB PC2100 modules available from working IBM T30s. Obviously they are used. They fit numerous Thinkpad models. Ask if you aren't sure.

These are Infineon chipset.

I've also run MEMTEST on the pair for 3 hours.

$25 for one, $45 two including shipping by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

Paypal only (no credit card Paypal unless you're willing to pay for the additional processing charge). Memory will be shipped the day after payment in most cases.

Yeah, a little confusing. I had 3 loose, sold you 2.

I have another pair in the T30 I use which fortunately has two working memory slots unlike the other 3 T30s which had a dead slot in each. I figured if someone is looking for 2, I have them covered. If 1, I have them covered. I could limp along with 512MB until I get a 1GB stick. As it stands today it looks like the 1 is about to be gone. If someone wants the pair I'd consider unloading those soon.
