Original description: PIII 700MHz (256KB), 128MB RAM, 20.0GB HDD, 12.1 XGA(1024x768) TFT LCD, Intel Combo, Li-Ion Battery, W2000

New UltraBase with DVD drive FRU PN: 27L4355 (non recorder) and floppy. 256M total, 128M onboard, 128M additional. Hard Drive - Hitachi Travelstar, 4200rpm, non-fluid bearing, 1.9M cache, ATA 5, 20G. Battery is original, about 1 1/2 hours run time but is in the red after applying latest BIOS/Embedded Controller update. This is a very clean X21 with zero issues. It is rock solid, ethernet/modem both work. No dead pixels and the screen is extremely bright. Keyboard has some shine. Case and palmrest show little wear. No worn coating, surface marks only.
Comes with power supply - 72W, 4.5A.
Reduced - $150 with HDD + shipping or $135 + shipping minus 20G HDD if you prefer to install a faster, quieter HD. (I'm running low on drives.)
Prefer non-CC Paypal but will consider CC. PayPal only. Shipping is buyers choice, CONUS only please.

Thanks Ron, you two are making my eyes water. I think we all agree that it's not cheap but worth every penny. I'm hoping somone takes the plunge otherwise only the three of us will know what a deal it is.......

Lovely example. My first ThinkPad was the exact same setup, right down to the DVD-only UltraBase (*tear*.)
