Keep in mind that the one Carlos linked above is not a real IBM part ... there was a discussion about that seller sometime back.

The part you are looking for is ThinkPad Serial ATA Hard Drive Bay Adapter having FRU = 40Y8725 which sells for $50,- incl. S/H at e.g. Newegg
... the reason why I know this is that I am also hanging around for one!
(and, like you, I'd also prefer an original IBM/Lenovo, and not some cheap "Chinese copy").
