Alright this ad is from the Craigslist in Boston so its probably Boston pickup only. I'm not affiliated with the seller, I just thought it was a good deal so I'd point it out to you all. Can't verify validity or if its still available.

Potential buyers would need to make sure that this example doesn't have the well documented memory slot failure - if it doesn't, seems like a good deal.

I am VERY interested in this one! I've always wanted to get a cheap T30 just to play with. I emailed the seller and hopefully s/he will sell it to me.

So, I picked it up last Wednesday evening. It turns out to be a 2366-85U. It works very well, and the cosmetic condition is 9.2 out of 10. Both RAM slots work. This is the first time I've seen a T30 in person and it's obviously extremely well built -- I am not surprised that it's more reliable than the T40-42. The only downside is weight. This particular unit weighs 5.55 lb, which is about 0.3 to 0.4 lb heavier than all other 14.1" 4:3 T-series Thinkpads.

Thanks sparta.rising for letting me buy this from the seller!
