I have a X40 with a warranty that expired, I want $375 plus shipping for the laptop. It has several bright spots on the screen from what EasyServ says is from pressure damage and is not covered under the warranty. Everything else works and I will include an additional brand new factory IBM old stock battery. If interested I can e-mail photos. I am located in So. California and would prefer a local sale, but can do shipping to a confirmed PayPal address.

Wow, I can't believe that X40s are now on here for less than $400...just wow.

I really wish that I had the money to pick this one up for my wife, and upgrade her from her X20...

I agree, I am amazed that this one hasn't sold yet. I don't know if its the lack of warranty, but I may just put my other X40 up that still has 3 months.
