SOLD: Perfect, barely used T40, looks like new.

Absolutely mint T40 with upgraded, fast procesor. The full spec.'s are below. This machine is in outstanding condition, no scratches anywhere, the LCD is perfect and bright and the keyboard and palm rest/touchpad shows no wear. The battery is in excellent condition, too. I personally performed the three upgades listed below.

I also swapped out the original battery because it was in the red zone, but it had less than 75 cycles on it. I do not think this machine was used much at all. This is a perfect T40 with no operating issues at all and in perfect cosmetic condition, this one is unbeatable.

Very nice offering Ed, this should go fast!. Having bought Thinkpads from Ed in the past, let me just say that if he says the machine is 'mint', just picture opening up the box of a newly delivered T40 from IBM 3 to 4 years ago, and you'll get the idea of what this is ....
