Possible WTB: PC Ram Rambus and PC2100/2700

I have two Dell desktop systems that I am working on, and trying to get going. One system requires PC800 184pin ram. The other needs PC2100/2700 184pin ram.

The going price on the Rambus on eBay is ridiculously expensive. Does anyone have any they they might have laying around and want to get rid of pretty cheap? [looking for (2) 128mb or (2) 256mb sticks]

Now the PC100/2700 ram is pretty cheap on eBay, but thought that I would see if anyone had something (again pretty cheap) that they might have laying around.

For the record, these are two systems that I am putting together for my wife's friends that are on low incomes. So, obviously, the cheaper the better since it is coming out of our pocket.
