Mike: I recall seing two forum members recently searching for Japanese keyboards - you might want to PM them? Check WTB: T4X Japanese Keyboard or WTB... T4X Japanese/American Keyboard. Good luck with all this sale - I consider these items sold at bargain prices!

Just FYI, but your second 15" R4x/T4x keyboard on the list there (93P4840) is not an NMB-brand Thailand-manufactured keyboard, but is in fact an Alps keyboard made in China. I know this because my 15" T42p came with this exact keyboard (with that same FRU) which I later replaced with a 93P4780.

The 93P4840, though, in my estimation at least, is not a bad board. I actually quite liked mine. I didn't replace it until some time later, after the keys had become very shiny and I partially broke one of the arrow/directional keys on the Alps. Others hate the Alps (though perhaps not as much as the T4x Chicony). YMMV.

Thanks. I did make a mistake, the 93P4840 was made in China, corrected this. I also changed the 91P8261 as this is the one made in Thailand. Must have interchanged them. Thanks again.
