FS: T41 T42 T43 Touchpad (non-fingerprint reader)

I bought this touchpad to replace my broken one but did not realize that b/c I have a fingerprint reader, I would have to replace the whole bezel. Made for T41 T42 T43.

Could you kindly provide the ASM or FRU number for the part for sale here? I assume it is 93P4696 (as shown in this eBay auction, but please confirm.

If indeed so, I wonder why it is not sufficient to replace that part; the plastic (i.e. the palm rest itself) has hardly been more damaged by liquid spill than could be cleaned by a bit of water?

Note alternative FRU's at System service parts - ThinkPad T43, T43p.
