Hi all,

My wife is considering selling her X32 (2672-A6J) in fair condition. Single owner, purchased in Aug 2005 and out of warranty (one year original warranty). The keyboard is a bit worn (shiny) since she writes a lot but everything works fine as far as I know.

The only catch is that it has Japanese keyboard and Japanese Win XP Pro as it was purchased in Japan and brought back to the US (Austin, TX). We have recovery disk made from RR and the system will be provided in factory state.
  • PM 725(1.6GHz)
    1.5GB RAM (1GB added)
    40GB 5400rpm HDD
    12.1in 1024x768 LCD
    Intel 855GME
    Intel 802.11abg wireless
    Modem, 1Gb Ethernet
    Secure Chip
    IEEE 1394
    6 cell Li-Ion battery
    two AC adapter.
Any interest? I'm not sure of pricing, but judging from past offers, would $450 or best offer be reasonable? Thanks!

Hi, I would be interested!
Would you also send it to Germany?

What is the exterior condition? Any dings or scratches?
Do all the ports work?
Condition of LCD? Dead pixels? Dark spots?

So when restored to factory state, I'm assuming it will be Japanese Win XP?

Thank you.

Hi thanks for all the response.

Here's some pictures to give you an idea. Everything works fine and I believe there are no dead/stuck pixel. I'll check again.

cj3209,
The exterior condition is good and no major scratches or dings. As noted before, the keyboard does have usual worn shine to it. The LCD appears good but I'm seeing a white-ish haze near the center when viewed from the top. I'm going to see if I can clean it or if its something else.

As you correctly guessed, it is in restored factory state with Japanese Windows XP intro screen.

Thanks.

I love Japanese Keyboard..
