Mitsubishi-made, IBM-branded 512Mb laptop RAM stick, 144-pin, 8 chips per side. A working pull out of a T23 machine.
This will work in the following ThinkPads:
X22, X23, X24, X30
T23
A30, A30p
R30, R31
Asking $45 shipped to lower 48 states. Will ship to other destinations if so desired and paid for.
Will gladly trade for a good T60 battery, or a 1Gb PC2100/2700 RAM stick, cash added gladly for the latter, possibly the former.
