WTB XP Pro Recovery CD set for X61

I purchased my X61 with VHB, but couldn't get the DoD Smartcard Reader to recognize my Navy ID. I assumed it was the version so I purchased VB upgrade but still no luck. My IT dept says it only works w/ XP.
