I have this 1 gig DDR333 ram chip here.
Has IBM FRU;31p9835
The other side has i think a Micron logo. Big M with a circle going through it.
It's 1GB , DDR333 , CL2.5

Date on the IBM sticker is 2005-01-7

Works great in my A31P.
Should fit many other laptop and thinkpads that run DDR333 or DDR266.

I dont know what prices are like down in the USA for thease but here in my city the prices are going up on them.Over 100.00 new when they can get them.

I cant belive how cheap the DDR2 stuff has gotten.
