WTB: Fully functional T23 or T30 (optional trade for T20)

Wanted: A fully functional T23 or T30. Would like to spend no more than $200 but that's negotiable. Features should include:

XP (w/COA highly desirable)
Good IBM battery
min 512 MB memory, 1024 MB (or more for T30) preferred
Integrated wireless preferred
XGA LCD ok
1 GHz or greater for T23
Good physical condition
No issues, or at most very minor issues
