FS: T20 for repair or parts $100 OBO

For sale: $100 OBO (plus shipping)
T20 in good physical condition. I purchased this locally for $150 a month ago. It worked slowly when I checked it out prior to buying, and I naively assumed it was a matter of not having enough RAM or that I needed to update drivers. When I got it home I realized there were other issues. Screen is good but has 6 pressure marks, not objectionable. Latches work great, keyboard is great. Has DVD ROM. Two missing screws (one is lock screw for the DVD ROM). One chip on the left rear corner of the case near the fan vent (no propogating crack). 2 x 128 MB RAM. Win XP SP2 and Office XP installed but no COA for either.
The computer runs, but slowly. It is ok for word processing. The CPU clock speed is recognized as 141 MHz by Windows and measured at 166-200 MHz by Mobmeter. Checks out fine with PC Doctor for Windows (installed). For a long discussion of the issues, see the following thread:

I imagine one of you could have this running fine in a couple of hours, or less, using parts you already have (might need a processor, see thread). I will figure out how to post photos somewhere if there is interest. Since I am new at this forum and have no reputation, I will accomodate your needs with respect to completing the transaction.
