LF: T4x series - Bare Bones if Possible

Looking for an upgrade to my T40. I have lots of transferable parts, so a bare bones unit would be ideal. The main thing I'm looking for is a higher resolution screen. I have the standard 1024X768 Radeon 7500.

Required:
Resolution higher than I have (Easy right?)

AC adapter would be nice, but not necessary. Bluetooth would be a plus.

Ideally, a machine that does NOT have RAM, hard drive, battery and a CPU would be perfect, as I have extras on all of the above from my current machine.
