FS/FT: loaded 14" T40 for netbook (back again!)

(I was going to sell this a few months ago, and then finked out)
Netbook so small that you almost lost it? Having trouble seeing your O's from Q's? Have I got the deal for you! Upgrade to a comfy 14" screen and still get that great 6 hour netbook battery life with the new/old Thinkpad T40!
This was my baby for quite a long time, until I upgraded to my current T60. I'd still be using it if I hadn't caught the hi-res bug
It's a 2373-7CU, slightly upgraded to the following specs:
Pentium M 1.5GHz
768mb Ram (256+512... I think the 512 is under the keyboard)
40gb 5400RPM hard drive that has never whined or clicked
ATi Radeon 7500 (14.1" XGA)
CDRW/DVDROM
Stock battery, barely used. Holds about a 3 hour charge, last I checked.
Charger has a bit of electrical tape wrapped around it--a while ago it got run over by an office chair--it didn't cut through the insulation, but I wrapped it just to be safe.
The upgrades:
extra stick of ram (see above)
Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound applied to the CPU just over a year ago--MUCH better heat management than before
Atheros IBM A/B/G II WiFi card, works great
Accessories:
9cell IBM battery, that I acquired after getting a T60--less than 10 cycles.
Mini dock with charger and two keys, plus the little thing that you mail to IBM to order another key.
USB floppy drive with IBM logo case.
IBM logo laptop case--it's the big square one that we all have lying around somewhere. I never used it.
All manuals, documentation, Windows XP Pro quick start guide, replacement trackpoint caps.
Comes with no OS installed, but I'll toss in some copies of the XP Pro restore disk (don't have the original), and you can use the key on the bottom of the laptop. I've used it with XP, Ubuntu, Arch Linux, and OSX86 with no trouble--it's compatible with just about everything.
Condition is pretty darn good--light scratches and scuffs on the cover, no worse than any other used thinkpad. It sat on the dock pretty much every day of its life, so the battery holds a great charge. Some of the keys are a bit shiny, but it all works as it should. Slight bright spots, mainly in the bottom right of the screen--I didn't notice them until I was looking for them.
This T40 DOES NOT APPEAR to have the motherboard-flexing problem. It sat on a dock most of its life, and I've never seen it exhibit the symptoms of the problem whenever I'm using it elsewhere. Still, no returns if that problem appears. It's just too big of a risk for me that it will appear, given the track record of these T4x's
Treat it nicely, and everything should be fine.
Price: asking $300, negotiable (can't bargain up, right?
). Will trade for a 10" netbook--Asus EEE 1000/h/ha, Samsung NC10. MSI Wind U100, or possibly a 9" Acer Aspire One 6 cell, EEE 901. PM me.
You pay actual shipping (for trade, we each do that) and we split the PayPal fees (should be about $7 each). No returns for the mobo problem if it shows up, but I'll take it back if I've blatantly misrepresented anything. I don't have much of an ebay record, but it's all positive under the name "immamaben"
