Found - fan for T30

Looking for a fan for my T30
The listed FRU is 46P3132
The fan in my T30 is very loud and sometime changes pitch or the actual sound changes to more of a groan.
I didn't realize how noisy it was until I got the T23 running for my daughter.
Anyway, I received a fan error on boot recently.
I consider it a wake up call
