WTB: ~15'' Thinkpad with VT and x64

In case you're wondering, by "VT and x64" I mean T5600 and above CPUs. There are other Intel with these features but I don't know that they've been used in Thinkpads.

An important note: I live in Switzerland (Europe) so you'd have to be willing to ship there. Shipping to France would also be suitable if you can ship from elsewhere in the EU.

I'm looking for a cheap Thinkpad so I guess that means I'm mostly looking for an R61.
I'd of course be willing to pay a bit more for a T61 (for example) but it'd have to be a really good deal.
Of course, I'd be interested in other models as well provided they've got one of the CPUs I want without beign too expensive.

I'm looking for a used laptop because my R51 is breaking down and the prices for the models I'd be interested in are quite steep in my country. I've been thinking hard about getting an AMD-based cheapo (about half the price of a decent R61!)... but for some reason I keep making up excuses to delay such an unsatisfactory purchase. It seems I'll simply have to stick with a Thinkpad. ;-)

I've been outbid on ebay and other auction sites so far but not usually by much, even as low as 10$ in one instance so I don't think my expectations are outrageous... just on the low side.
I'd be willing to pay a higher price for a used Thinkpad from a reputable seller who could vouch for its condition... or for a new one for that matter in case you've got one on your hands for some reason.
