FS: A21e Not Working and free

This isn’t a For Sale item – it is really FREE.
All I want is the cost of shipping to a US zip code in a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate box, which is about $10.00 rounded: $8.95 for the box, plus $0.65 Confirmation, plus packing materials. Here’s what I’m “giving away.”
Product: ThinkPad A21e 2628-CTU NOT WORKING
Original description (from web site): Celeron 600 MHz (128KB) 64MB RAM 10.0 GB 12.1 TFT 800x600 24x-10x CD-ROM, Intel Combo, Win2000.
Has battery, but ?????. Has modem with cover. No hard drive or cover or caddy. No CD, no memory or memory cover. The built-in floppy is there, but condition unknown. Keyboard missing down arrow key cap; the keyboard palm rest shows little wear and looks almost new, no shine that I can see. The LCD doesn’t look cracked, but since the unit doesn’t boot, there’s no way of telling the condition. Actually, the case is in remarkably good condition without scratches or cracks.
I’m cleaning out my workshop of miscellaneous left-overs from when I used to fiddle with IBM laptops as a hobby. There are some other odds and ends that will be offered for only the shipping. This item is one of the “newer” models I ever played with; most of my other stuff is from the 600 series.
I’ll ship this to the first one who contacts me – OFF LIST with an offer to pay the $10.00 and gets the money into my PayPal account. I’m not a business and I won’t take credit card as payment, only the direct electronic transfer works for me.
BE SURE TO CONTACT ME OFF LIST
