IC: 14" SXGA+ T41p - 1.7GHz/1GB/128MB FireGL/60GB 7200

Just got a new coop job and got bit by the upgrade bug. Thinking about upgrading to either a used T60p [14", C2D] or a T61 [14" WXGA+, Quadro 140m]. Still got a lot of reserach to do but main deciding factors will probably be weight and cost. How much do you think my T41p is worth and how much more should I expect to spend for the aforementioned? Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Back on topic, I am the 2nd owner of a T41p [2373-GGU] with warranty until December, 2009. I normally bring it to school with me and when at home, it is used on a cooler. Everything still works perfectly with the usual signs of use (Shiny keys, worn corners on lid, dust etc) and no dead pixels. The only flaw is a "crack" on the palm rest panel directly below the two touchpad control keys. The crack is extremely straight though so I'm not too sure if it's like that be default or really a crack.
It will come with a 6-cell battery and 9-cell battery (since it's not compatible w T6x) but NO CHARGER.
The 6-cell is my "beater" battery which I use when connected to AC to prevent my TP from any accidental disconnections. Alone, it can probably do ~30 mins of video or up to an hour of web surfing.
The 9-cell is my travel battery and has been used sparingly. I haven't checked the cycle count in a while but it should be quite low.
Below are the specs. Modifications that I have done are in BOLD
* Intel Pentium M (Banias) 1.7GHz CPU
* ATI Mobility FireGL T2 with 128MB video controller
o 14.1" SXGA+ TFT display with 1400x1050 resolution
* 2x512MB PC2700 [1 is stock, 2nd is a Mushkin]
* 60GB 7200RPM HDD [Backup Partition Deleted]
* IBM 11b/g Wireless LAN Mini PCI Adapter from an X40 [Atheros AR5004G Chipset]
* AD1981B AC'97 Audio controller
* UltraBay Slim CD-RW/DVD-ROM Combo Drive
* Intel 10/100/1000 Ethernet
* IBM Integrated Bluetooth II with 56K Modem (BMDC)
* S-Video Out
* (2) Type II CardBus slots or (1) type III
* IBM Embedded Security Subsystem 2.0
* IBM Active Protection System
