LF: T40, T41

Just looking for a basic T40 or T series in good condition. I am trying to get my father in law somthing nice for his B-day without killing my income. I am really trying to keep him away from mines. Looking for some basic specs like 1.5ghz PM, 512mb, 40gb hdd, 802.11gb etc. Dont want to spend more than $250. If anyone has one, please let me know otherwise I just keep searching on ebay.
