LF: X40 ULV cpu upgrade

I've got a 1.2Ghz LV cpu right now and I would like to get an ULV motherboard+cpu to switch to if the price is right. Anyone got one that you're ready to part out?

X30 - sold
X40 - sold
Lifebook P7230 - daily driver
+ Nokia E61i for the ultra-ultra-ultraportable needs :)
