WTB: 256Mb PC100/PC133 compadible with 600X

I'm looking to buy one or rather two modules of 256Mb PC100/133 ram for my thinkpad 600X. If anyone have them left over or lying around I am willing to buy for a decent price.

I might also be intrested in a 5400rpm hard drive between 40-80Gb :)

I have one 256 chip that will work.
Also I have a Samsung 80g 5400 rpm hard drive one week new.
