The Dell is available for $1200 Brand New with 3 yrs warranty. I could probably knock off another 100 using coupons.
If someone wants to sell theirs to me for a tempting price that would save me $$$ then do let me know.

I have 2x 2407WFP-HC (24"). If you're interested. They are perfect, and have no dead pixels. I'll even sell them to you both for less than the 30".

Thanks for the responses.
- I want a 30" so the 2x24 wont do for ME. But I might consider them both for family. Tell me the prices that make sense (incl shipping) for me not to buy from Dell Specials & EPP Deals with Coupons.
- HP 30" used for 1000$? I can get the Dell Brand new with 3 yr warranty for 1100 something. PM / Post me an offer I cant refuse. Seriously. Tempt me

it's $1000 OBO, so make ME an offer I can't refuse. Take a look at some reviews...it doesn't get better than the LP3065. Note this monitor has THREE dual-link DVI inputs. Price out dual-link DVI KVM's and/or find another monitor with as many DVI inputs.
I'm not looking to give it away, so if you are looking for a steal, this is not it. (I bought this new for $1400...which included a significant rebate and sale combo. They typically sell new for $1600-1700.)
Good luck in your monitor search.

Cool.
I'd be interested in knowing what you are going to be using to drive the monitor. Are there any Thinkpads with dual-link DVI out? Or do all of them require some sort of extended dock with a separate video card?

T6x with discrete Video via Dock or Mini Dock with Dual DVI pass through
Plus the gateway is the only one which supports resolutions other than 2560 x 1600 and has multiple inputs - VGA etc S-Video. Not stuck to Dual DVI. It has a remote control to switch inputs, PIP what not.
I dont know why we dont know about it and such products are not as popular. I'd say its an amazing product in terms of DESIGN.
