This was purchased new from Tiger Direct and has a date stamp of July 2006 which would put the warranty expiration as July of 2009. This is a Hitachi Travelstar, model HTE721080G9AT00.

It has served me well, and is super quiet. The PATA drives appear to be getting tougher and tougher to find, so this is a great opportunity.
