FS: T20 base + mobo, incl. 750MHz CPU and cooler. AS-IS

1 good base of a T20 2647-92U with the IO-board (but no yellow power connector) and a bare motherboard with PIII-750MHz + T20 cooler.
The mobo is most likely dead, but CPU and cooler are working.
It is missing the following parts:
RAM, CD-cage, HD-cage, PCMCIA cage and it's 'flap', speakers, CMOS-battery, battery, modem/NIC, bottom-lids, battery-hold/slider, all rubber feet
Also the lever mechanism to pull out the CD/floppy has been removed.
Base P/N 08K6079 / 08K5930

The plastic is in perfect condition.
It has a W2K COA.
Missing parts could easily be transferred from e.g. your own broken base.
